QUICHE

1 Crust, made from scratch.
1 cup half-and-half or milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled (3/4 cup)
1 cup shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped onion, if desired
FARM FRESH BREAKFAST

2 cups of left over sourdough (from dinner this week)
1 pound of Burkes Farm Fresh Sausage
1 cup of cheddar and mozzarella mixed cheese
Burkes Farm fresh eggs, we used three this morning
1 cup of red potatoes
Butter, lots of butter or 3 TBS
I used cast iron to fry the potatoes in butter. This makes them crispy. Add sausage and fry. Fry eggs in a separate greased pan, so they will slide over the top of this skillet bake. I then added bread and cheese before places them in the oven. 350 degrees .
